We can only assess the frequency and typical usage based on the CSO statistics. We do look at the frequency of the service provided or if there is a planned increase in that frequency. We do consider it. The fact that a bus route goes by and if it is not a frequent service, then that will be considered. There have been decisions of the board made, as in refusals, based on the fact that the site is not well served by public transport, notwithstanding that there may be a bus stop close by, which is based on frequency.
