There is a difference between bringing in the children's hospital and departmental officials and bringing in the Department of Education on the issue of calculated grades. The difficulty in regard to the calculated grades is that there are court proceedings in train but I am not aware of any difficulty in regard to the children's hospital, unless there is an aspect of it that cannot be discussed with us because there may be a dispute resolution going on or something like that. As far as I am concerned, in terms of all other aspects we are entitled to discuss them in the public domain. This is taxpayers' money and therefore taxpayers are entitled to know what is happening. The calculated grades issue is a little different in that there is ongoing litigation and there is a difficulty for the Department in that regard.
