No. 1 is scrutiny of an EU proposal. The committee has already discussed the EU proposal and we are now required to make a formal decision on it. The proposal was circulated under schedule A. It was agreed there are no subsidiary concerns about COM (2020) 571 on risks relating to exposure to carcinogens and mutagens at work and it does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
