I will finish with the proposed action in regard to No. 167 B from Mr. Roland Gowran, commission secretariat manager of the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission. We have also written to the Policing Authority and the European Anti-Fraud Office in this regard. It is proposed to note and publish this response. Is that agreed? Agreed.

The next item is No. 175 B from Mr. Ray Mitchell, assistant national director of the HSE, dated 23 October 2020, providing further information requested by the committee in relation to non-compliant procurement. It is proposed to note and publish it. Is that agreed? Do members wish to comment?
