Before we begin, I remind members that this meeting cannot go on longer than the two hours scheduled as this will have a knock-on effect on other committees meeting later today. I ask members and witnesses to be as succinct and direct as possible in their questions and contributions. In that regard, can I get the committee's agreement that contributions by members will be limited to five minutes each, to include questions and answers? We will have a second round if we have time.
