We received 28 submissions that were grouped into the three main groups of environmental NGOs, the agricultural sector and business. I am not sure there was a scientific approach to weighting how one view was of stronger importance than another but we gave them consideration. There were four or five discreet issues and we gave them consideration. Obviously the Minister and the Government, in terms of signing off the general scheme, will also have given those issues consideration and we will have them online for people to see.
