Before we commence, I remind members that this meeting cannot go on for longer than two hours, as it would have a knock-on effect on the schedule of other committees meeting later today. As we have a private session scheduled for after our public session briefing, could I get the committee's agreement that the contribution of members in the public session will be limited to five minutes each, to include questions and answers?
