We have reviewed the following COMs and made our decision. We have no subsidiarity issue regarding COM (2020) 280, but we want to have a further discussion and get a note of information from the Department on it. We decided no further scrutiny is needed on COM (2020) 281. COM (2020) 282 and COM (2020) 283 will require further scrutiny. COM (2020) 314, COM (2020) 360 and COM (2020) 371 require no further scrutiny. That is the record of the decisions we made in private session. Is all that agreed? Agreed.
