My first question relates to the budgetary measures. Is it still anticipated that there will be €12 billion in budgetary measures? I understand €9 billion will be Covid related, with €2 billion in current expenditure. I understand a total of €1.1 billion was pre-committed. Then there is €900 million to deal with pressures on services as well as €1 billion from a pre-pandemic allocation of capital expenditure.
