Members are requested to ensure that, for the duration of the meeting, their mobile phones are turned off completely or switched to airplane, safe or flight mode. It is not sufficient for members to put their phones on silent. I remind members of the long-standing parliamentary practice to the effect that members should not comment on, criticise, or make charges against either a person outside the Houses or an official either by name or in such a way as to make him or her identifiable.

The first item on the agenda is our engagement with Deputy McConalogue, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, on the impact of Covid-19 on the agriculture sector and his priorities with regard the Common Agricultural Policy, CAP, and Brexit.
