I am not sure they are definitely connected but I cannot see that it would hurt. The value for money is looking at cost components. One important thing in all this is that we also start to develop measures of dependency or acuity so that we can better relate where resources go within the structure to the dependency and acuity of the residents. That is something that we will work on.
