We, and the staff in the Department, found it very frustrating that we could not get data to allow us to do the work. Such things happen, but it is particularly unfortunate because this is an important piece of work and were not able to get the relevant information to be able to get off the ground with it. As I said, however, this is a priority for us and it is something we need to get done.
