I will respond to the first and last questions. On the difference in increases between public and private costs, we are very anxious that the value for money process helps to address that and brings out the different drivers of costs. That will be one of its valuable outcomes. We summarised what we believe are the significant variations, which are staff related, which can be significant, the complexity of care, which can differ across public and private providers, and similarly the dependency level, and the different mix of staff allocated between the two.
