I just wanted to make this point because it was one of the findings from the Comptroller and Auditor General's report. I would not like to give the impression that just because we do not have an integrated financial management system, we have not gone about putting in a standardised process. Some of the actions we have taken under the report included standardisation across all the offices, standardisation of training and data capture and a more user-friendly application process to guide the client through.
