No. 9 is EU scrutiny under Schedule A. It is COM (2020) 234. It is proposed that this proposal, having been discussed, does not want any further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
Schedule B is COMs (2020) 28, 51, 52, 195, 57, 357, 366, 367, 368, 369, 370, 432 and 622. It is proposed that these proposals, having been noted, do not warrant any further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
With that I will adjourn the meeting until 4.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 7 October but after that we will be back to our Thursday slot.
