I propose we defer the election of Vice Chairman. I propose that members email the clerk to the committee with nominations for the position. The clerk will submit the nominations to me and I may be in contact with individual members subsequently. We will then proceed to the election of Vice Chairman in public session at the next public meeting of the committee. Is that agreed? Agreed.
