Dr. Glynn stated we needed to see a significant improvement in Dublin and we are not seeing one yet. I appreciate that he is a doctor and a man of science but is there anything hopeful that he can say? I understand we are not seeing a significant improvement yet but my fear is that people might give up. We cannot allow that to happen. It is not too late for us in Dublin. People can still turn this around. My colleague, Deputy Cullinane, said we need to speak directly to young people and he is dead right. We cannot just be pointing fingers at them as that is not right. It is possible at this stage to turn things around. Am I right in saying that?
