I appreciate that, but my point, which is genuine, is this - if we are to increase the number of swabbers by 300% and we do not have anything like a corresponding increase in the lab capacity, we are doing more swabs, perhaps, but not necessarily increasing the turnaround time because we do not have the additional lab capacity. Can the Minister see the point I am making?
