Obviously, other public health issues - for example, those relating to heart disease, mental illness, cancer and stroke - are affected by human behaviour. Is Mr. Reid concerned that we are placing too much emphasis and focus, perhaps, on one public health issue and that this is having a consequentially detrimental impact on the concern we should have about other such issues?
