The election of a Vice Chairman is the second matter on today's agenda. With the agreement of members, I propose that we might decide the matter today if there is only one nominee. If there is more than one nominee, I propose that their names be submitted to the clerk and we will deal with the matter in public session at the next meeting. Is that agreed? Agreed. Do we have a nomination for the position of Vice Chairman?
