I thank Ms O'Beirne. I am rather short on time. This would all be very reassuring but when I go back through the minutes of the committee for more than six weeks, the statements are that we are looking at these. When we will get to a point when we will stop looking and actually implement something? This is what people want to see. This is the frustration that people outside of the public sector have when we look in at some of these things and wonder why decisions cannot be made. Even if it is not 100% or 90% perfect, it would be better to have a rapid test that is 85% successful rather than waiting four days for a test that is 90% successful.
