But a generalised permission to travel abroad has occurred in many countries of Europe, especially in France, Switzerland, Germany, etc. Even for us, in summer we could not cross the border with Germany for several weeks. This is possible. Of course there must be a legal basis for doing this but it can be permitted by the European Convention.
