To keep it brief, we definitely need increased numbers of staff nurses numbers permanently, not just agency staff that come in for a day here or there. We need to increase the number of nurses who are on a roster. We work seven days a week, 24 hours a day for 365 days a year and if someone falls ill, they have to be replaced.
