Mr. David Mack:

There is jurisprudence to the effect that one would have regard to what counsel for the State has marked, but generally the plaintiff or other opposing party will argue that there is a higher fee payable to the plaintiff, applicant or whoever that party might be.

Realistically, we do not have any control over the barrister fees.
