We will consider Schedule A. COM (2019) 580 is a proposal amending Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 as regards financial discipline as from financial year 2021 and Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013, as regards flexibility between Pillars in respect of calendar year 2020. There are no apparent subsidiarity concerns with this proposal. It is proposed, however, that these proposals warrant further scrutiny by way of committee and that it be kept regularly and promptly informed by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine of any developments concerning this proposal. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2019) 581, proposal for transitional provisions for the support by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, EAFRD, and the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund, EAGF, amending Regulations (EU) Nos. 228/2013, 229/2013 and 1308/2013 as regards resources, distribution and application in 2021, in amending Regulations (EU) Nos. 1305/2013, 1306/2013, 1307/2013, as regards resources, distribution and application in 2021. It is proposed that there are no subsidiarity concerns with this proposal. It is proposed, however, that it warrants further scrutiny by way of committee and that it be kept regularly and promptly informed by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine of any developments concerning this proposal.
