I need to go back and clarify that as part of the pre-qualfication process Mr. Curran talked about, that cannot be taken into account. We have just had that discussion. The other bit of information I would like to add is that the process we undertook through pre-qualification and the tender process was fully compliant with both public rules and European rules on procurement. We independently audited that to that effect as well.
