Will he outline what specific changes are needed in planning law to minimise the ongoing delays in the process? Will he give a trajectory of what he believes solar energy can contribute to reducing emissions by 2030 and by 2050 in a context of the overall picture? Does he consider solar energy representing 10% of the overall auction is sufficient? Will this specific category remove obstacles to solar development?
