To give some context, Mr. Coffey, head of the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council, was saying that there were warnings that the Government should not be over-reliant on corporation tax and that receipts were as likely to go up as to go down. He said that the top ten contributors were paying 45% to 55% of overall tax receipts and that the money is spent almost as soon as it comes in. He said there is a difficulty in basing spending on unreliable corporation tax receipts. That is the council's analysis. Does Revenue share that analysis? Will Mr. Cody offer an opinion on that analysis?
