Absolutely, because the more legislation is amended the more we look at it and see wording such as to delete the word "and" in section 63 and insert the word "might" or something like that, and it becomes unintelligible. There are some eminently sensible aspects such as spouse's permission on critical skills work permits. There is a lot of common-sense material in that respect. What we are doing is flagging attention to what we see are the shortcomings and the dangers.
