That is how niche this is. I am thinking about agriculture. I represent a lot of constituents in the agricultural sector. I refer to dairy farmers looking for farmhands, labourers, etc. A 55 year old dairy farmer might have to milk 70 or 80 cows. He could take a labourer on and find the labourer is gone within 18 months. He then has to start the whole process again. This is what I am talking about in practical terms.
