Apologies have been received from Deputy Penrose and Senator Conway-Walsh. Before we begin, I remind members to ensure their mobile phones are turned off. I propose that we go into private session to deal with some housekeeping matters before we return to public session to deal with the main item on the agenda today, namely, matters relating to Horse Racing Ireland.
