That is not possible. Iincome and assets are treated differently under the scheme. Income is treated at the 80% rate, while assets are treated at 7.5%. While there may be linkages, they are separate sets of means. Income is treated in one way and assets in another. There is no choice for anybody as regards how they are treated under the scheme.
