We will get into that later. I am only talking about the write-offs. There are people who have emigrated, gone, do not reply, no longer at that address or their numbers are not in the system for payments because if they were, the Department would track them down somewhere. I can take it that it would be inconceivable that the Department would write off an old debt of more than €10,000 as not collectable if it was currently making a payment to them.
