We certainly will not be able to calculate that, in that we have to work within the parties to the agreement. While we would hope that there are certain positives, in terms of the calculations for those countries which remain as parties to the agreement, how does Mr. Maughan think the issue of external emissions, upstream emissions, imports or trade agreements, for example, need to be impacted? Again, while there may be very good intentions at a civic level, and I know many actors in the United States, it is a conference of parties in terms of states. Could Mr. Maughan comment on that?
