I do not know how answer that question specifically. It is a very broad question and it is a perspective of others and may depend on whether one looks at the domestic policy or the international policy. Obviously as the Deputy will be aware, we have published a climate action plan as a statement of the Government's intent for the next ten years. The committee has already had some discussion of Ireland's role in supporting developing countries - the financial support we are giving to developing countries and the work of Irish Aid. When the Deputy characterises us as talking the talk but not walking the walk, I am not sure what he is specifically talking about.
