It has been reported to us that the heavy rainfall has caused a turbidity issue with the water from which the plant has been abstracting during this incident. We have not carried out our audit yet, but we will be going to the site in the next couple of days to fully assess the issues. Irish Water and Fingal County Council will be able to provide chapter and verse on the plant itself. Perhaps Dr. Minihan can provide a precis.
