The quorum for this joint committee is four because that is the combined quorum of two select committees, minus one, provided at least one of the members present is a Member of Dáil Éireann and at least one of the members present is a Member of Seanad Éireann. As we have a quorum, I call the meeting to order. Apologies have been received from Deputies O'Loughlin and Brophy. I propose that we go into to private session to deal with housekeeping matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
