I thank the Minister of State. I welcome very much that he has acknowledged the crisis and is open to looking at the allocation of resources to respond to that crisis. That is noted by the committee. We will act swiftly in order that we can input into the 2020 service plan process.

I thank the Minister of State for coming. I appreciate his candour and willingness to listen. I am looking forward to working more with him on this very serious matter.
