I want to address an issue already raised by Deputy Joan Collins concerning the Traveller health action plan.

I understand that a draft plan has been circulated to the community and non-governmental organisations, NGOs, but some people are dissatisfied with the draft plan. Has the Minister of State seen the report? Is he satisfied with the recommendations for mental health? When will the report be launched?
