As we have a quorum we will commence in public session. I thank Senator Colette Kelleher for her facilitation once again at the committee's commencement of business. I remind members to switch off their mobile phones please, as they interfere with the recording equipment. I have not received apologies formally. Senator Kelleher is more than welcome to stay with us but she is a free agent once again. We shall now go into private session to deal with housekeeping matters.
