As we were discussing, the social welfare payments service is in gradual decline, as are some of the older services, which is why we are developing financial services. There is a mixture of related elements. We are very clear on what our social purpose is. We are clear that we exist for the common good, but as a commercial semi-State body, we also have an obligation to be viable.
