I would not describe it as an overspend. It is under negotiation between the OPW and the builder but it is in the public domain at the moment that the final project cost will come in at roughly 15% above the figure of €14.78 million. That is attributable to the fact that some of the items that resulted in additional cost could not have been foreseen when the tender documents were being done.
