I am not expecting Mr. Desmond to know the details but it is not the way to do business. I apologise for coming back in, but I understand that considerable moneys have been given by the Government. We should not be suggesting new services if we cannot deliver for the most vulnerable in the community. I wait with interest to see how many more services will be curtailed or stopped as a result of the overruns.
