Various figures have been mentioned. There would be more expertise available in respect of that than I would have but I imagine it would be above 4%. If a review is carried out by the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board, we would be strongly in favour of that being finalised as early as possible to give as much clarity as possible on the matter.
