It is not ready to draft yet but we are doing everything in our power because it is crucial legislation, as the Deputy knows. We are working on it and our intention is to put it before the Dáil as quickly as possible. The basis of the legislation is a short agreement on the issues I have outlined. It must be more detailed and address personnel, what other countries are doing and the definition of beneficial ownership. It is likely to be part of a larger piece of legislation. We are working as feverishly as we can to get this to the Dáil.
