The HSE can talk to it but there is a system of measurement at an individual level, as referenced by the comptroller; it is not managed at national level. We put in a compliance framework ahead of the work done by the Comptroller and Auditor General to make sure that it is monitored at hospital and hospital group level and that any breaches at an individual level are addressed by management with individual consultants.
