We know the planned moves to phase in a new model of routine care. Will our guests provide some detail on the level of emergency care that is provided? If there is not enough routine care happening now, there will be a shift to emergency care, although that is not what people want. What is the level of emergency care with respect to appointment numbers? How is this going to change when the new model is fully implemented? If there is a flashing blue light emergency, where will people go?
