What is needed is a comprehensive workplace plan, not just with the south east but also for the wider orthodontic service. The correct school mix needs to be achieved within that across consultants, specialists, orthodontic therapists and dental nurses. The staff do a very fine job. The outcomes from our orthodontic treatment are very good. That should be said.
