I will defer to my colleagues in this regard. One of the issues that has been raised is that they want to have the opportunity to use all their skills. According to the dentists in the salaried service with whom we consulted directly, they were concerned they had not the opportunities to broaden their skills. Perhaps others can pick up on that.
