Given that the HSE is doing such a good job, would it not make more sense to expand what it is doing.? Nobody has a difficulty with the quality of dental care provided within the HSE, access to it is the issue. In my simple view, expanding what the HSE is doing would improve access to what Mr. Healy has said is a good service.
